As you know,  a search for Kansas Wesleyan's next President is underway, led by a committee comprised of Board members and representatives from the student body, the faculty and the administration.  We are working with AGB Search, a professional search firm that specializes in higher education placements.

One of our first tasks was to gather information about KWU so that a prospectus could be prepared and made available to all those interested in our presidency.  (See link above)  Two days of meetings were conducted with campus leaders, faculty, students and employees, as well as various constituency groups - alumni, community leaders and members of the Board of Trustees - to gather information for the preparation of this important document.

AGB Search activated a confidential site for those interested in our position in August.  Response was very good and the Committee's next task was to review credentials and we have now  identified eight "semi-finalists".   We are excited about the search and what it means to the future of our wonderful University.  Thank you for your support and positive encouragement.
