Student Complaint Process for Online and Hybrid Course Participants
For students who have a complaint or concern regarding an online course or hybrid instruction issue, the student should follow the institutional protocol of contacting the instructor, the academic unit head and the university, in that order.
For broader online and hybrid course complaints that are not directly tied to a specific problem in a specific course, the student should contact Dr. Bill Backlin, provost, for resolution.
After you have followed the “Student Complaint Process for Online and Hybrid Course Participants” process provided above, and if the online course or hybrid instruction issue remains unresolved, contact the Kansas Board of Regents.
