Chemistry Degree Requirements

Chemistry: - This area of study prepares students for employment as researchers in industry in a variety of fields from the synthetic to the analytical. The degree is also designed to give students who wish to pursue a doctorate in the chemical sciences, or a doctorate in pharmacy (Pharm.D), a solid foundation for the rigors of those post-graduate processes.
All students are required to complete 126 credit hours of university level classes. Students must complete 59 hours of chemistry courses and 67 hours of liberal arts courses. The chemistry course requirements are shown below, check out the course descriptions for more details.
