Both the elementary and secondary education degrees are designed to be four-year programs. Classes in education typically begin during the sophomore year. Students are required to apply for admission to the Teacher Education Program prior to taking any courses at the 300 or 400 level. The final semester at KWU is dedicated to clinical practice.
