McMosley Scholarship Competition Requirements

Voice Division:

• One English solo and one foreign language solo
• Accompaniment must be emailed in PDF form to Dr. Gustavo do Carmo ([email protected]) at least two weeks before competition date.
• To be considered for other music scholarships, contestants may work with Dr. Gassmann on warmups and sight-reading.

Winds and Percussion Division: 

• One solo from the standard repertoire for your instrument (contact KWU Music with questions) must be performed to be eligible for the full scholarship.
• To be considered for other scholarships, contestants may perform district/all-state ensemble excerpts.
• If you require accompaniment, it must be emailed in PDF form to Dr. do Carmo two weeks before competition date.

Strings Division:
