This restaurant is across the street from the Colorado College Hockey arena and there is a game that evening. The street will be blocked off for the game, but you can tell the traffic security that you are going to the bistro, and they will give you access to park behind the restaurant.
The Dale Street Bistro is owned by Hui Yon Park, who is the wife of David Zook, class of 1963.
