Dr. Judy Jacobs will speak by Zoom at 7 p.m. in Sams Chapel on Thursday, May 1. She will share her experiences surviving the Holocaust, from her detention in the Budapest ghetto, to her incarceration in the Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp in Nazi Germany, to her amazing journey to Switzerland and freedom. Dr. Jacobs will answer questions from the audience afterwards.
Admission is free and the event is sponsored by the KWU Department of History and the Midwest Center for Holocaust Education.
